RMA Engineering, LLC. was co-founded by engineers Jason Rourke and JP Metzler. The two shared a fundamental belief that technological advances in computing power and software had changed the face of engineering forever. Complex projects that used to take a team of multiple technicians and engineers to complete could now be completed by a single experienced engineer. They elected to establish a virtual home office environment that would enable experienced engineers across the country to work together and collaborate in a “Virtual Office”. They chose this type of environment over a conventional office building for several reasons. 
By eliminating office space and employee commutes they were able to “Virtually” eliminate their carbon footprint because they’re passionate about sustaining our natural resources. Secondly, by working outside of the box and eliminating unnecessary overhead they are able to stretch client dollars further by doing more for less. The virtual office environment has proven to foster greater innovation and efficiency throughout the design and evaluation process by leveraging the experience of multiple engineers “Virtually Everywhere”. This enables RMA to work “Virtually Anywhere”.
