Meet Rick Heineman: 33 Years in Transmission
November 5, 2026
Meet Rick Heineman, Relay Technician at RMA Engineering! With 33 years of experience in the transmission industry, Rick brings extensive knowledge in device commissioning, relay testing, wiring, and relay control activities to the team.
A little about Riley Jones’ background! Before joining RMA Engineering, Riley worked in oil and gas, collecting pipeline data, tracking materials, and supporting data integrity for clients.
As more cooperatives move to fiber, they’re gaining more than connectivity. Fiber can provide greater access to data from devices, helping teams identify problems, monitor system performance, and make more informed decisions.
Need additional support? RMA Engineering can serve as an extension of your team, providing experienced staff and expertise to help cooperatives meet their needs and keep projects moving forward.
