Since 2008, RMA Engineering has hired retired utility workers remotely - before COVID made remote work common - allowing experienced co-op personnel from anywhere to support projects effectively.
The goal is to implement tools in a way that truly benefits operations, helps offset costs, and ensures every dollar is spent wisely. Treating resources like they’re our own drives smarter decisions and better outcomes.
Field maps are only as strong as the data behind them. For many cooperatives, real-time updates and accurate ticket submissions are critical to keeping operations running smoothly.
Every cooperative is working hard for its community. The goal isn’t to change that—it’s to help them become more efficient by listening, understanding their needs, and supporting what they’re already trying to achieve.
