Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail

When we are talking about communities being without power, you can't allow paperwork to be the reason why there is a delay. Plan ahead to avoid delays.
Preventative measures will be put in place if it's in the best interest of the individual. We are here to serve the membership by keeping their lights on as long as possible.
We just want to listen to the cooperative and work together to answer any questions they have, establish a plan or discuss ideas.
Let's compare how the urban areas tend to be more sensitive versus the rural area but in contrast the rural areas will have different hurdles that the urban area does.
