How do we address needs?

The goal is to come in and determine what the co-op needs and where help can be provided.
It is very handy to have a team that is ready to help co-ops that have different needs.
Having access to a map where you know exactly what equipment is at one location will make it very easy to manage a construction project.
Proper coordination limits outages by isolating only the faulted section of the system.
