Position: Senior Project Manager – Construction Inspection


Job Type: Full-Time


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction inspection or civil engineering to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and development projects. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience managing projects related to roadways, bridges, utilities, and site development, ensuring compliance with industry standards, budgets, and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and closeout phases for civil engineering and construction projects.
  • Oversee field inspection activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies to streamline project delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, including presentations to clients, regulatory agencies, and internal leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines in construction projects.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in construction inspection, civil engineering, or project management within the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local construction codes and regulations.
  • Expertise in construction management software (e.g., AASHTOWare).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
