Since 2008, RMA Engineering has hired retired utility workers remotely - before COVID made remote work common - allowing experienced co-op personnel from anywhere to support projects effectively.
JP Metzler talks about how RMA Engineering accelerates storm recovery by deploying experienced stakers, former co-op linemen, who assess damage and redesign systems in real time.
